Free Flower-Themed Habit Trackers for June

Oftentimes, I will set myself a goal or challenge for the month, choosing one simple habit to start or focus on for the month.

In his book Atomic Habits, author James Clear talks about the principle of keeping the chain going. This idea is a powerful visual of continuing to build a habit link-by-link until it is second nature. However, my favorite part of his concept is, even if you happen to miss one day (life happens, after all), never miss two days.

A visual tracker of the habit you are trying to create can help you visualize the “chain” you are trying to create.

I’ve created two habit tracker options for June, based off the theme of flowers. One is more systemic and orderly, and one is a little more free-spirited. You can download the trackers below for free – each has a spot at the top for you to write in your goal and 30 spots for you to color in as you mark your progress.

What are your goals for June? What habit do you want to start, change or reconnect with to make a meaningful impact on your life?

Here are a few ideas for inspiration:

  • A daily random act of kindness
  • A meaningful connection with someone each day
  • Finding a way to connect with nature daily
  • Noticing a moment of joy
  • Journaling
  • Getting up at a set time each day

You can download both of the trackers here. I can’t wait to hear about what your goals and intentions are for June!
